ROUTE56 – Final Systems Test
You’ve seen HYROX. You’ve tried DEKA. Now meet the final piece of the trifecta — ROUTE56: the first‑ever interval hybrid fitness race.
Built around one code: 56.
56 reps. 56 meters. 56 calories. Every challenge designed to break limits and set new ones.
When the gun goes off, you hit the track. The first run is 1.5 km to the first Block, followed by 1 km runs between Blocks and a 1.6 km final push to the finish line. Each run leg is your reset—or your chance to break away—before charging into the next Block.
This is an interval race. The moment you enter a Block, your 15‑minute countdown begins. Finish the Block before zero, and every second you save is credited back to your overall time. Miss it, and you’ll take a penalty.
Then it’s into the Pit Stop. And here’s the rule—if you finish early, you must stop and rest until the countdown hits zero. Leave the Pit Stop before zero? That’s an automatic penalty. The Pit Stop isn’t optional. It’s built into the race. Recovery is forced. Strategy is everything.

Choose Your Division
- Beginner – Scaled movements, lighter loads, zero intimidation. You’ll run and compete only with other Beginners, making this the most comfortable on‑ramp in hybrid racing.
- Open – For everyday athletes ready to push themselves and test their limits.
- Pro – The hardest test. Heavy loads, high standards, no forgiveness. For seasoned athletes only.
No judgment. No excuses. Just you versus the 56 rhythm.
How ROUTE56 Works
Gunshot Start → Run → Block → Pit Stop → Run → Repeat
- Run: A total of 1.5 km to the first Block, 1 km between Blocks and a 1.6 km final run (approximately 5.1 km in all).
- Block: Enter and your 15‑minute countdown begins. Finish the Block before zero to earn time credits. Miss it, and you take a penalty.
- Pit Stop: If you finish early, you must stop and rest until the countdown hits zero. Leave the Pit Stop before zero? Automatic penalty.
- Repeat: Back onto the track until the next Block begins. Three Blocks total. Three countdowns. Three fights.
Strategy matters as much as strength. Beat the clock, bank your rest, respect the Pit Stop—or pay the price.
