2 · Event information
Verified facts only.
The website aims to publish accurate event status, race format, rules and results. The next event date and location are not confirmed, and registration is closed. Event details become binding only when they are published through the official event page and registration process.
ROUTE56 may correct an error, update logistics, respond to weather or safety conditions, or revise an event when necessary. Material race-spec changes require a published rules-version update.
3 · Participation
Event terms are separate.
Fitness racing involves strenuous physical activity and risk. Website content is general information, not medical advice or a determination that an individual is fit to participate. Consult an appropriate professional about personal health concerns.
Before registration opens, the event process must provide the applicable participation waiver, eligibility rules, guardian consent where relevant, medical and assumption-of-risk language, refund and transfer policy, weather/cancellation policy, photography/publicity terms and event-specific athlete guide. These Website Terms do not replace those documents.
4 · External services
Deliberate transitions.
The website links to or embeds services operated by Race Result, Mailchimp, Square, HIIT56, HIIT56 Online, Boutique56, Instagram, TikTok and potentially other approved providers. The Race Result embed remains off until the visitor chooses to load it. ROUTE56 videos shown on this website are self-hosted owner-supplied production exports. Provider availability, accounts, data practices, payments and terms are controlled by those providers. ROUTE56 is not responsible for an external service’s independent operation, but will not claim an integration is working without production testing.
5 · Merchandise
Check the seller’s current terms.
Product price, sizes, inventory, shipping, taxes, returns, exchanges, fulfillment and support are confirmed on the seller or checkout page. A website image or listed price does not guarantee inventory. Square may handle official shirt checkout; Boutique56 handles its own store and products.
6 · Timing and results
The official archive controls.
Timing and results may be supplied by Race Result and event timing partners. Preliminary or live data may change after judge review, timing correction or result finalization. Use the event’s published support process to report a suspected timing error within the stated review window.
7 · Intellectual property
ROUTE56 stays ROUTE56.
The ROUTE56 name, logo, race presentation, original copy, graphics, course materials and proprietary format elements are protected by applicable rights and may not be reproduced, sold, misrepresented or used to suggest sponsorship without permission.
DEKA® and HYROX® are trademarks of their respective owners. ROUTE56 is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by either organization.
8 · Acceptable use
Do not break the digital course.
You may not attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape personal information, interfere with forms or results, impersonate another person, misuse trademarks, submit unlawful content or use the website in a way that harms visitors, providers or event operations.
9 · Disclaimers
Website availability.
The website is provided on an “as available” basis. ROUTE56 does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free third-party content or that every browser/provider combination will behave identically. Nothing here limits rights or obligations that cannot legally be limited. Any production liability language should be reviewed with qualified Florida counsel before a paid event opens.

Revision and questions.
These Terms may be updated when website functionality, providers, products or event operations change. The revision date will identify the current published version.
